The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has officially commissioned the Renewed Hope Multi-Purpose Training Centre in Otuokpoti, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, a landmark event that highlights the Commission’s commitment to youth empowerment, skills acquisition, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta. Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the NDDC, expressed great anticipation and satisfaction as this transformative project came to life under the current leadership.
