In this regard, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has proven that leadership is not about rhetoric but about delivering real change. Since assuming office, Dr. Ogbuku has shifted the narrative around public service, steering the NDDC toward transparency, sustainable development, and practical results.
