Chief (‎Dr) Samuel Ogbuku commitment to the Niger Delta region is evident through his impactful investments, most notably, the Light Up project, Sports Fiesta, Educational development, Road Rehabilitation, Constructions, etc. His “Teme” spirit has empowered numerous youths and women across the Niger Delta region, helping to create jobs and reduce the rate of unemployment in states and beyond.
‎Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku has consistently demonstrated that the welfare of the people is at the core of his mission statement when came onboard with his management team in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
‎The people of Niger Delta region will always support leaders who have their knowledge of investments rooted at home, leaders with the capacity to deliver effective representation, practice open-door leadership, embody transparency, and render selfless service. 
Chief (‎Dr) Samuel Ogbuku is known for his youth-friendly approach and people-centered politics that galvanizing both old and young without bias mind for the development of the region.
