This is not merely his appointment as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NDDC but his vision as a youngster made the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as a center of excellence and productivity in all ramifications. 

His vision had been endorsed by his party with non party members; this is a statesman cherished by the people, a testament to his integrity, accessibility, listening eyes and genuine dedication to collective progress of the region.  

Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku, fondly known as *"The Promise Keeper,"* exemplifies the essence of servant leadership and a role model to both old and younger generation. His unique ability to foster dialogue, bridge divides, and galvanize diverse voices under a shared vision of development sets him apart as a transformative figure in the region, which record non can dispute.

His diplomatic acumen and policy formulation and implementation has created an inclusive decision making commission that has surpassed previous administration without bias.
