In celebration of his golden jubilee, the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, is being honored with a life-changing initiative – a three-day skills acquisition training for 50 women with disabilities. The program, holding from 14th to 16th August 2025 at GSS Yenizue Epie, Saptex Junction by Express Way, is designed to empower women with entrepreneurial skills, foster independence, and promote inclusivity in line with Dr. Ogbuku’s people-centered vision for development.
