An APC stalwart that always align with the "Renewed Hope Agenda" of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR in ushering the dividends of democraacy to the people of Niger Delta region.

In the pursuit of truth and good governance, voices often rise from unexpected places, carrying with them the weight of conviction and the courage of clarity. One such voice is that of Chief Dr Samuel Ogbuku that saddles with the responsibility of the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC for the sake of the downtrodden. A man whose commitment to speaking truth to power has become both a source of inspiration and discomfort to his detractors.

The question, “Who is afraid of Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku?” is less about fear of the man himself and more about the fear of what he represents, accountability, transparency, and the unwavering demand for developmental justice for the people. Chief Ogbuku didn't join politics to hold offices but to make impact that will stand the test of time. So keep your office, he need it not.

His background from the historic Ayakoro land in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State is not just a matter of heritage, but a root that grounds his values. He understand the struggles of his people, neglect, underdevelopment, and misrepresentation of issues. Rather than joining the chorus of silence, he has chosen the harder path: to call out leaders in terms of rural transformation programme who may have failed their constituents when in power, to shine light on corruption, and to insist that governance must be about service, not self-interest and aggrandizement.

Those who resist his message do so not because his words are false, but because the truth unsettles the comfort of the corrupt in the region. He has become a mirror to the political class in the Niger Delta region, reflecting their failures and demanding correction. In this, he embodies the spirit of good governance where citizens are not passive, but active participants in shaping a better future for the Niger Delta region.

So, who is afraid of Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku? Only those who fear truth, those who thrive in shadows, and those who dread accountability. For the people of Niger Delta region, and indeed all lovers of justice for the development of the grassroot, his voice in NDDC is not a threat but a beacon development, reminding us that governance must return to its rightful purpose, the common good of the people whom the office holders represent.

He must continue to speak the truth for the overall development of the region were every town and village feeling the impact of good governance.

As always, he is Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku and he stands for the development of the region than anything else for now.
