Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku is a dedicated leader who has been making waves in the Niger Delta region through his tireless efforts to promote community development and empower the youth with clear vision to meet the need of people. His vision for a brighter future in the region is guided by a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of rural communities, and is aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda  of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.

As a youth leader, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku is passionate about providing young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to succeed in life. Through his initiatives, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has become a model to be reckoned with as he is inspiring a new generation of leaders and helping to shape the future of the region that was once seems as in- accessable in terms of development. Leadership is ordained by God Almighty in heaven, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku's character and passion is second to non while reading NDDC from the past with bitter experience in people's minds.

 His commitment to education, healthcare, and economic empowerment is evident in his work as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), and his ability to bring people together and work towards a common goal is a hallmark of his leadership style which people could not envisage earlier.

A leader of integrity and vision, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku's leadership and commitment to rural communities in terms of development is an asset to the Niger Delta region.

His works are making positive impact on the lives of many, and his vision for a brighter future is inspiring. With His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda  as a guiding framework, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku is poised to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and development of the entire Niger Delta region.
