As a young leader, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku  has demonstrated remarkable potential in serving the youths of Niger Delta region. His passion for community development and youth empowerment has made him a shining example for many young people in the region. The challenges facing Niger Delta's youth, including academic problems, unemployment, substance abuse, depression, bullying, and limited access to quality education, require dedicated leadership and innovative solutions which Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku has been providing in the region.

Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku's leadership in NDDC is poised to address these challenges and provide vital support to the youths. To empower the youth, it is essential to provide access to quality education, job opportunities, and mentorship programmes. Initiatives such as vocational training, entrepreneurship, sports development, and leadership skills acquisition can equip these youths with the necessary skills and knowledge to become self-reliant and contribute to the community's development in the Niger Delta region.

As a youth representative in NDDC, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku has a tremendous energy to bring to bear his wisdom, knowledge and talent in ensuring that his vision in NDDC be realize for the overall good of the people, hence his projects across the Niger Delta region are life touching and stand the test of time for generation unborn.

By working together with the commission, these youths can unlock the full potential in them and build a brighter future for the community. Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku's dedication in creating a better tomorrow is a testament to his leadership and vision toward the region. With leaders like him, the youths of Niger Delta region can look forward to a brighter future.
