Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku's vision is clear: to address unemployment, improve infrastructure, and enhance healthcare delivery service to the Niger Delta Region. He is dedicated to listening to our concerns and working tirelessly for our community's growth at all level. 

Being currently at the helm of affairs as the indefatigable Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of NDDC, he has showcased his productive wisdom and knowledge given by God Almighty in heaven, that has transient the initial hope of many that he may not have the political will to manage the resources at the commission. Just as what the scripture says, "that many were called but few are chosen" this is the true story of Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku on the driving seat at Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

His passion for human face development in the region had given him unsolicited awards and honour which goes beyond the shores of Niger Delta region. These award and honour are true reflection of what he and his team have been doing to the satisfaction of the people which are visible and can feel even the blinds in the region.

In view of his impactful two years in office, we have no doubt that if the people of Niger Delta region nominates Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku for an higher position in the country Nigeria 🇳🇬, his resilience for human capital and infrastructural development will surely surpass his present position.
