At the forefront of this renaissance is Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). Through unwavering dedication and strategic leadership, Dr. Ogbuku has embarked on an ambitious mission to revive abandoned projects across the region, creating jobs, stimulating economic growth, and restoring hope to local communities.

For decades, the Niger Delta has been scarred by unfinished infrastructure—roads left half-built, buildings left incomplete, and equipment left idle.
