CHIEF (DR) SAMUEL OGBUKU THE MR PROJECT: THE MAN WITH CAPACITY IN NDDC

The chameleon says, he will not alter his dignified manner of walking just because the forest is on fire. Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku will not change his God given wisdom to impact the lives of people in leadership position even though, blackmailing and witch-hunting are language manufactured by failed fair whether politicians in the political circle will not deter him.
When the history of appointment made in Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC is written, no doubt that one name will shine brighter than the previous occupants, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku, fondly called Mr NDDC Project.

Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku has redefined what true leadership and effective managerial mean in the context of political office. In just a short while, Chief Ogbuku has attracted a record number of projects to the Niger Delta region, touching every community, ward, local government area, state and every community with visible development project that are visible even to the eyes of the blinds. From roads to electrification, from health to education, from sports development to youths empowerment including women, his leadership impact is everywhere without vision.

Most especially for the region's students and young people, his leadership has opened doors of opportunity through countless scholarships that have relieved parents of financial burdens and given many brilliant children a chance to pursue their dreams. 

Beyond that, Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku has empowered various women and youths organization through numerous grants and support schemes, creating job opportunities, uplifting families, and restoring dignity to households that once struggled to sustain their living. What a good human face politician we have in this 21st century!

Chief  (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku is not just a politician of mere promises as others do; he is a man of character, wisdom, action, a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer whose scorecard speaks louder than his words. He has shown capacity, compassion, and commitment to the growth and progress of communities in the Niger Delta region. No managing  director in the past, has matched his level of delivery of real time projects.

Indeed, he is the best Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in the history of creation of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC in year 2000 by then president Olusegun Obasanjo. Chief Ogbuku has brought pride, visibility, and progress to our people in Niger Delta region. Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku is a shining example of what leadership should be – service, sacrifice, and results.

As we look towards 2026, it is clear that the Niger Delta region can only move forward with a man like he. He is the light of the region, the voice of the voiceless, and the beacon of hope of the common man.

God gives us burden, and he also gives us shoulders to carry those burdens, hence young Samuel Ogbuku is shouldering those development in the region. Storms make oaks take deeper root. Trouble created by others are the ones he has been providing solution with.

Support Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku– Mr NDDC Project, the man with capacity, because with him, Niger Delta region will continue to rise.
