President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to confer the Distinguished Award for Excellence in Infrastructure Delivery and Sustainable Regional Growth on the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to national development. The prestigious honour will be presented on December 7, 2025, at the State House Conference Centre, Abuja.
