The Kaa-Ataba Bridge project, under the leadership of Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), is a notable initiative aimed at enhancing infrastructure in the Niger Delta region. As of early 2026, the project is reported to be approximately 70% to 75% complete, with the construction of a 1.2-kilometer bridge as part of a larger 6.2-kilometer road and bridge system.
