  • INC Presidency: Prof. Osaisai Consults Former Central Zone Chair, Dr. Doodei Week
Prof. Franklin Erepamo Osaisai, a distinguished academic and aspirant for the presidency of the Ijaw National Congress (INC) Worldwide, made a courtesy call on Dr. Doodei Week, former Chairman of INC Central Zone, at his hometown of Anyama yesterday. This strategic visit was part of Prof. Osaisai's efforts to apprise key stakeholders of his intention to contest for the INC Worldwide presidency.

The visit, which was characterized by conviviality and mutual respect, saw Prof. Osaisai accompanied by a delegation of notable personalities, including Prof. Ambily Etekpe, among others. The meeting provided an opportunity for Prof. Osaisai to seek Dr. Week's counsel and support in his bid for the top position.

Dr. Doodei Week, flanked by his political associates and loyalists, accorded Prof. Osaisai a warm reception at the Anyama Modern Town Hall. In his remarks, Dr. Week extolled Prof. Osaisai's virtues as a stalwart of the Ijaw cause, while emphasizing the need for inclusivity in his prospective leadership.

In his response, Prof. Osaisai expressed gratitude for Dr. Week's for hosting him and assured him of his commitment to promoting unity and inclusivity within the organization. The visit underscores Prof. Osaisai's resolve to engage with key stakeholders as he seeks to clinch the INC Worldwide presidency.
